Tbh it was me causing most of it :| I actually took some points off myself for driving like such a jackass since I was on sport compound so I was sliding all over the place. Other than that it seemed fine, no one was bitching like last week so I figure we're doing alright.

Stay away from the curbs and you should be fine. The Escort's one of the more Orlove-prone so you could also stiffen up the springs and lower the ride height just in case.

That's totally fine, you can add however much PI you need. Don't worry about the number or what class the car's in as long as you hit that time.

Um, if you build a car really quickly to these specs you can race this round. Once you build it to the B450 take a few laps and then adjust PI to meet 1:40. It might be too late, though, we're starting at 4:30 exactly.

I mainly work evenings on weekends, though, and summer will be unpredictable. I'll consider buying if I know I'll be able to make it to at least 80% of the races, but I don't know if that will be possible unless they're at random times like Wednesday night.

No worries, we had enough problems with lag and stuff anyways. Weirdly enough we had a British guy in the lobby who got in with no problem, no idea what's going on with yours dude. Also I called my ISP and found that their default NAT type (aka when I'm plugged directly into the wall) is open so it's not my shit screwing everything up.

I decided to pull over to the right well off the racing line just before the bridge to let the guy passed as I had overtaken him by contact just before the long straight so thought it was fair to give the place back but got rear ended which spun me, I can't say whether it was done on purpose or not as I wasn't looking in my rear view mirror as I wasn't expecting it, the guy said it was an accident

A bit annoying as I dropped from 2nd to 4th

I guarantee it wasn't on purpose but yeah, this is the kind of stuff that shouldn't be happening anyways. For the record this only the 2nd time in 9 races someone's wrecked another person that badly and the first time this dude has been involved in anything so I'll just give him a warning this time if that's fine with you.

Also (not putting any blame on you obviously) but this could've been avoided if you have communicated to him that you were letting him by on the left, always good to talk during the race. Unfortunately with the way online racing is contact happens and you kind of have to be OK with that in these series. Not saying it's something that we're fine with having, we try our best to minimize it, but the possibility is always there for something major to happen like it did last week. Not much we can do about it except try and avoid it the next time around.

OK, I didn't hear that thanks to everyone talking, maybe he didn't either. Like I said this doesn't happen often, just sucks you got caught up in it in your first race. We really go out of our way to race clean in these series so just know it probably won't happen again.
